This 4 room clinic consists of a Reception Area, the Examination Room including an Isolation Cell, the Physiatry Office and the Padded Room where you have great sex with the staff.

Additionally this update brings in new sexy hairstyles, short and sassy vs. long and elegant:

And last but not least a really appreciated feature, the FaceMate tool:

Use your own photos to create photo personalized 3D look-a-like avatars for in-game usage. The FaceMate tool samples your photo image and creates data for facial feature positions / face shape and even skin, eye and lip color from it to sculpt personalized avatars.
You then can finalize the details of the character by using the FaceMaker.
